This Quran is a message for all people.

Warning, Oneness, and a reminder for the thoughtful

The surah closes where it began. Verse 1 said the Book brings mankind from darkness into light. Ibn Kathir says this Quran is a message for all mankind and jinn, so they may be warned, know that He is One God, and so the thoughtful will take heed.

You just finished reading Surah Ibrahim on a screen in your hand, centuries after it was first recited in Makkah. It reached you. That means it was sent to you.

The Quran was addressed to people long ago.

The Quran is a message for whoever it reaches, and it has reached me.

Tafsir Ibn Kathir

This (Qur'an) is a Message for mankind (and a clear proof against them), in order that they may be warned thereby, and that they may know that He is the only One God and that men of understanding may take heed (52)

Allah states that this Qur'an is a Message for mankind,

لِأُنذِرَكُم بِهِ وَمَن بَلَغَ

((So) that I may therewith warn you and whomsoever it may reach.)[6:19] This Qur'an is for all mankind and the Jinns, just as Allah said in the beginning of this Surah,

الر ۚ كِتَابٌ أَنزَلْنَاهُ إِلَيْكَ لِتُخْرِجَ النَّاسَ مِنَ الظُّلُمَاتِ إِلَى النُّورِ

(Alif-Lam-Ra. (This is) a Book which We have revealed unto you in order that you might lead mankind out of darkness into light.)[14:1] Allah said next,

وَلِيُنذَرُوا بِهِ

(in order that they may be warned thereby), or to receive and draw lessons from it,

وَلِيَعْلَمُوا أَنَّمَا هُوَ إِلَٰهٌ وَاحِدٌ

(and that they may know that He is the only One God) using its proofs and evidences that testify that there is no true deity except Allah,

وَلِيَذَّكَّرَ أُولُو الْأَلْبَابِ

(and that men of understanding may take heed.) meaning those who have good minds.

This is the end of the Tafsir of Surah Ibrahim, and all praise is due to Allah.
