Undone byHis own pride
A jinn raised among the angels. When Allah commanded them to bow to Adam, he refused out of pride, then swore to mislead Adam's children until the Last Day.
How it ended
Given respite until the Day of Judgement. His end is the Fire, with everyone who follows him (38:85).
[Allah] said, "What prevented you from prostrating when I commanded you?" [Satan] said, "I am better than him. You created me from fire and created him from clay."
