The Guardian Angels, Protectors by turns
The unseenProtectors by turns
The Guardian Angelsالمعقبات
Angels who take turns guarding each person, in front and behind, by Allah's command.
Besides the recorders, the Quran speaks of angels who follow one another around each person and protect them by the decree of Allah. Over every soul there is a protector. When the appointed death arrives, the protection is lifted and the messengers of death take over.
What does the Quran say?
For each one are successive [angels] before and behind him who protect him by the decree of Allah. Indeed, Allah will not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves. And when Allah intends for a people ill, there is no repelling it. And there is not for them besides Him any patron.
Quran 13:11
