Daughter of the Prophet ﷺ who emigrated twice with her husband Uthman.
Ruqayyah married Uthman ibn Affan and emigrated with him to Abyssinia, then to Madinah. She fell gravely ill as the Muslims marched to Badr, so the Prophet ﷺ told Uthman to stay and nurse her. She died in 624, as news of the victory reached Madinah.
