The people of Nuh

Who mocked the arkAge of Nuh

Relied onTheir idols: Wadd, Suwa', Yaghuth, Ya'uq and Nasr

Undone byThe Flood

Nuh called them for 950 years, by night and by day, in public and in private. They put their fingers in their ears, called him a madman, and mocked him as he built the ark.

How it ended

The sky opened and the earth burst with springs. All but the few on the ark were drowned (54:11-12).

The people of Noah denied before them, and they denied Our servant and said, "A madman," and he was repelled.

Quran 54:9
