Yusuf's younger full brother, whom Yusuf kept with him in Egypt by a plan from Allah.
Yaqub loved Yusuf and his brother most, which stirred the others' jealousy. Years later Yusuf asked for this brother to be brought to Egypt and quietly told him who he was. He placed the king's cup in his bag so that, under the law, he could keep him. That led to the family's reunion.
What does the Quran say?
And when they entered upon Joseph, he took his brother to himself; he said, "Indeed, I am your brother, so do not despair over what they used to do [to me]."
