A wise man given wisdom by Allah, whose advice to his son fills a surah of the Quran.

Allah gave Luqman wisdom: be grateful to Allah. He taught his son never to associate partners with Allah, to honour his parents, that even a mustard seed's deed is seen by Allah, to pray, enjoin good, be patient, not to turn his cheek in pride, to walk humbly and lower his voice.

What does the Quran say?

And [mention, O Muhammad], when Luqman said to his son while he was instructing him, "O my son, do not associate [anything] with Allah. Indeed, association [with him] is great injustice."

Quran 31:13
