Timur's Samarkand

Timur seizes power in Central Asia and makes Samarkand his capital. He fills it with blue domes raised by craftsmen taken from the cities he sacked.

How it touches Islam Timur claimed to fight for Islam, yet he sacked Delhi, Baghdad and Damascus; most of the people he killed were Muslims.
