Darb Zubaydahدرب زبيدة
The pilgrim road from Kufa to Makkah, lined with wells paid for by a queen.
A road of about 1,400 km across Arabia with wells, cisterns and rest stations every day's march. It is named after Zubaydah, wife of Harun al-Rashid, who funded much of its water works, as well as a channel bringing spring water to Makkah and Arafat.
