Quba Mosqueمسجد قباء
The first mosque of Islam, built on the edge of Madinah on the day of the Hijrah.
When the Prophet ﷺ reached Quba on the Hijrah in 622, he stayed some days and laid the first mosque in Islam. He kept visiting it every Saturday, walking or riding. Many scholars say it is the mosque 'founded on righteousness from the first day' (9:108).
